Mandi Peluh Hujung Minggu

Hai readers,

I was so happy over the weekend. I spend my weekend doing quality things - Mandi Peluh!!

Saturday morning with Elana at MYoga, Plaza Damas. An hour of Yoga - the class is really fun!! But seriously, i enjoyed aerodance more. I can dance 2 hours non-stop without feeling tired at all but in VinyasaYoga, OhMyyy .. too much pressure on the muscle. Yeahh muscle conditioning is good and burn more calories actually. Cant wait to repeat the class next week. Elana pleaseeee .. Jom repeat!

Sunday morning outdoor exercise with Coach Ella. Lets burn the calories that we consumed during Raya. 60 minits Non-stop Hi-Lo aerodance. I think this group like Latino more and they enjoyed the famous 'Chumbia Semana' line dancing too. Minggu depan kita sambung lagi, k. Coach Ella masih banyak step menari nak dishare dengan korang semua. Cant wait. Cant wait. Sooo excited for weekend. Yeayy!! So ladies, lets do it - exercise is fun !!

exercise ni memang baik utk semua peringkat umur, tak kiralah apa cara sekali pun samada yoga, aero, gym or any games. Yang pentingnya mesti keluar peluh supaya badan sihat
