Misz-ella on iM4Ufm ~ Health Talk

Hello hai lovely readers ..

I am back to my normal routine. Attending event, updating my blog, exercising and then share it with you here. I love my job. I love my roller coaster life. I love the rainbow colours of my life. Alhamdulillah. Life is always great when you know how to manage and appreciate it.

First task after the CNY leave was attending the High Commission of Pakistan's Event in Jalan Ampang and immediately after that vrommm fast *not as fast as Fast & Furious* to iM4Ufm at Puchong.

Cantiknya ofis .. So colourful and LIVELY. Nak tau apa Misz-ella buat di situ? Lets Check it out .. Read this entry till the last ya.

I was invited by Majalah Rapi and iM4Ufm to be one of the guests in their 1 hour segment called Rare Talk conducted by DJ Jiggyman. Ummm .. sebenarnya Misz-ella pemalu and a bit low profile. Bukanlah berani sangat nak masuk TV or radio ni semua. Siapa lah saya. A few times appeared in newspaper, TV and magazines pun I senyap-senyap jer .. tak pernah Misz-ella war-warkan pada rakan-rakan. I is so segan. Masuk TV a few times but i tak pernah tengok .. kawan-kawan sahaja yang bagitau. Haha. Sorry .. bukan tak sudi tengok muka sendiri but timing is not right. You know my roller coaster life. Always busy. Always on the move. Always here and there .. and I'm loving it

I agreed to accept the invitation because the talk is about 'Insipirasi Penulisan Berciri Kesihatan'. You know I wrote about my healthy lifestyle in my blog ~ My positive thinking, my healthy diet recipe, my exercise routine and how I love to encourage my readers to exercise with me *women especially*

Saya sangat gembira bila ada dikalangan pembaca yang menyahut seruan saya. Many times, I met them at the Dance Studio ~ Misz-ella ke? Saya baca blog misz-ella. Saya datang sini kerana seronok baca blog akak tentang exercise. Saya nak exercise macam akak. Alhamdulillah. Saya seronok dapat membawa awak semua ke lantai tari bersama saya.

Readers .. Say Hello to DJ Jiggyman and Zuraita, the Rapi magazine editor. Both Rapi magazine and misz-ella.blogspot.com are focusing on the same topic ~ Healthy Lifestyle but on a different platform .. printed media and social media. A very interesting 1 hour of sharing session on how both media can educate and create the awareness to the public on how important it is to maintain and practice a healthy lifestyle.

Ummmm .. I guess this is the toughest question cos I dont have strategy at all. Saya percaya setiap blogger punya cara tulisan dan penyampaiannya yang tersendiri and for me .. saya tulis dari hati. Saya kongsi seikhlasnya pengalaman saya, tentang apa yang saya rasa, apa yang saya lakukan selepas dan semasa bersenam and how i love my exercise routine very much. I gained loyal readers through my writing and they recommended me to their friends ~ Ehhh baca la blog Misz-ella .. blog dia best tau. 

Apakah yang menjadi inspirasi Misz-ella untuk terus menulis penulisan berciri kesihatan dan gaya hidup sihat? 
To be honest, yang menjadi inspirasi kepada saya terus menulis ialah diri saya sendiri. Setiap kali saya ke Gym, ke dance studio, it become a chapter of my exercise diary which i shared in my blog with my blog reader.

OK .. thats what i remembered.


Anyway, it was my first experienced on Air and I really enjoyed it. I hope I did well. Thanks again iM4U and Rapi magazine for the opportunity. Saya sangat berbesar hati bila dapat berkongsi pengalaman dan cerita dengan pendengar-pendengar semua.
