Dalam keadaan kesihatan yang agak terbatas, dalam keadaan emosi yang sedikit tergugat, kaki kecil Misz-ella ini tetap gagah melangkah ke Lantai Tari.
My physical condition is not 100% perfect but Ella is a fighter ~ FIGHT. If I'm sad, I tell myself dont be sad Ella, please be happy. If she is weak and tired, be strong and stronger Ella. If I am nervous, dont be .. you can do it. Be positive. You are strong you are healthy. You can do it.
Finally, i finished my 1 hour of non-stop Zumba and 10 minutes muscle conditioning. Yess!! You can do it if you challenge yourself and try to the max. Push yourself to the limit as far as you can .. to the best that you can. Alhamdulillah .. dalam keadaan di mana pada orang lain lebih baik aku rehat kerana sakit-sakit badan dan lain-lain simptom 'datang bulan' hari pertama tapi Misz-ella kata Lets Do It Ella. Challenge yourself. Yeayy !! I am one happy lady kerana berjaya mencabar diri.
An hour of non-stop Zumba is fun!! Happy gila dapat bersama-sama yang lain bersenam untuk kesihatan. Bersenam untuk jadi lebih sihat dan kuat. Bersenam kerana saya sayang diri saya dan famili. Bersenam kerana I want to be a strong woman for me and my family. Exercise is so much fun. Lets do it readers .. lets exercise. Mari amalkan gaya hidup sihat. Untuk diri kita dan keluarga yang kita sayangi. Jom senam.
