Back to the dance floor. I missed exercise. Badan sakit-sakit bila lama tak bersenam and always bad mood. Exercise really give a good impact in my life. I love exercise.

We did 2 hours Non-Stop Zumba under Coach Ejoy. Ohh penat. Ohhh stamina please .. stamina. Tapi puas. Puas gila dapat mencabar diri - Lets Do It Girls. Kelas Coach Ejoy so happening dan lepas tu budak berdua ni panggil Misz-ella 'Kakak Bertenaga' .. Hahaha.
And today, 22nd November, Misz-ella attended 7km White Ribbon Run. Yeayy .. *happy gila* I will blog about it, soon.
