A Journey Through Time @ Shook, Starhill Gallery

Starhill Gallery, Malaysia's ultimate destination for premium lifestyle, fashion, beauty, art and dining is set to host the ninth edition of A Journey Through Time ~ Asia's premier watch and jewellery showcase. A melting pot of curated experiences in watch, jewellery, fashion, cuisine and entertainment, this annual prestigious event will take place from 20 - 27 November 2015 at Starhill Gallery as it continue its ascent with 125 international watch and jewellery brands to be previewed this year.

Seared Maine Sea Scallop
Saffron Infused Cauliflower Mousseline, Watercress, Hazelnut Vinaigrette

This sea scallop is pan-seared into gold perfection with a touch of butter, is definitely a good start of our meal.


Beetroot Cured Salmon
Dill Creme Fraiche, Toasted Fennel Seeds, Watercress, Lemon Zest 

The appetizer which really satisfy my little tummy  ~ The beetroot and the herb flavour of dill and tinge fraiche, the lemon zest, watercrest compliments the Salmon well and gave different taste to the Salmon. One of my favourite!


THE MAIN COURSE

Roasted Australian Lamb Loin
Muesli and Mint Crust, Honey, Rosemary, Edamame Puree, Baked Stuffed Tomato, Balsamic Rig Glaze 

Happiness in a plate! I love the juicy soft Australian Lamb Loin coated with muesli and mint crust served on green edamame puree. And the crunchy Parmesan cheese 'ring', Asparagus, baked stuffed tomato, really compliments the meal well. This meal is my favourite!


Baked Fillet of Cod
Herb Risotto, Green Asparagus, Australian Mussels, Saffron Cream

If you are not a fans of Lamb or Beef which are also in the Mains Menu and a lover of Cod Fish, this is definitely a perfect choice for you. This thick-cut baked cod is classic, coupled with rich herb risotto and thick saffron cream. Well, I am a Cod Fish lover, enjoying every spoon of the Baked Fillet of Cod with the strong herbs flavour and the saffron cream is just .... PERFECT!


Red Velvet
Raspberry Mousse, Fresh Berries, Light Meringue

End your dinner with this lovely sweet dessert ~ The Red Velvet ensemble with raspberry mouse, fresh berries and light meringue .. perfect for a 'sugar craze' like me.
