Miss Alison Chin, CEO of Curves Malaysia with three of the four finalists at the Meet and greet session ~ How Woan Chyi, Eshwari Vasuthewan and Tengku Faira Edna Iskandariah
Miss Alison Chin, quoted that Curvette of the Year which started on 2015, is Curves way of celebrating and rewarding the achievements of their members. Curves realised that many women are intimidated to take that first steps towards health and fitness or don't know where to begin. By sharing the empowering stories of the Curvette, Curves hope this women will feel inspired to take control of their health.
Miss Alison Chin further added that they received feedback from ladies of all ages, who overcame cancer, depression or chronic health issues and were inspired by the 2015 finalists and that is one of the reason why they feel that it is important to share real stories, to help strengthen women. Curves hope that this years finalists will continue to empower and inspire women of all ages, shapes and sizes to take charge of their health and overall well-being with a simple 30 minute a day workout at Curves.

We had a good time listening to the successful stories of the four finalists on how Curves workout has changed their life, boost their confidence level and improved their health condition.
The workout demo ~ What I love more about the workout is the hydraulic method used. As many women are scared of 'weight', hydraulic method is safe, easy to handle and 'user-friendly'
We had the opportunity to try the workout too under the supervision of the trainers
My favourite exercise is always Leg Press. My leg press workout using Curves technique and method *hydraulic* wasn't bad. In fact it is easier and fun!

Squat with the weight is always not easy but I gave myself a try.
