Hello readers ..
Berakhirnya bulan Raya bermakna bertambahlah berat badan dan calories kita, kan. Well .. that is me. Bulan Raya walau Misz-ella tak banyak keluar rumah tetapi bab makan-makan tetap meriah .. habis raya timbang berat .. Erkkkk .. menyesal! LOL!
Yes I am on diet readers tetapi tidak lah terlalu 'extreme' hingga tak makan. Misz-ella amalkan diet sihat dimana I became more picky on my food.
I was at the Pancake House a few days ago. Pancake? Too much carbo, right. Luckly they have this delicious Salad in the Menu. Yeahhooo .. a plate of this colourful Salad with Red Kidney Bean, Tomato, Onion, Chicken, Nachos and Cheese is mine. Habis sepinggan Misz-ella makan. Alhamdulillah Kenyang dan malam tu ada energy untuk berlari sejauh 6km.

Running record ~ part of my way to keep fit is through exercise. I ran 5km non-stop on 17th August 2016. Lari-lari manja je kita .. tak laju mana pun. Hehehe. Tapi sangat puashati dengan kemampuan untuk berlari sekarang ini. Almaklumlah, dulu Misz-ella tak suka berlari. Sangat tak suka. But now I am IN. Hehehe.
Satu lagi pencapaian membanggakan ialah bila berjaya mengajak Aiman supaya sama-sama berlari dan bersenam. Yes Aiman .. mari kita mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat sama-sama ye.
So .. sapa-sapa rasa yang berat badan dah berlebihan gara-gara seronoknya kita makan-makan di musim raya, jom kita sama-sama jaga pemakanan dan bersenam. Jom kita sama-sama singkirkan lemak jahat yang boleh memudaratkan kesihatan. Lets do it guys ..
