A day at the Gym. The injured wrist

A day at the Gym. My intention was to focus on some weight unfortunately my wrist which injured during my previous Gym session wasn't recover yet.

Urat yang terseliuh masih sakit dan tidak mampu menampung beban.

Run Ella run. 20 minutes on threadmill, 3.5km done. Not my best record though.

I continued with some floor workout focusing on my abs and Hello Ball .. a session with the Gym ball added more fun to my exercise. Hoping for speedy recovery on my right wrist .. Misz-ella rindu nak angkat dumbell and do upper body workout.

Lunch at The Manhattan Fish Market. Nak Cod Fish tapi tak ada .. harus berpuashati dengan Salmon sahaja. Walau hanya sepinggan Ikan, ada pengajarannya. Dalam hidup ini, bukan semua yang kita nak kita akan dapat .. Bersyukur lah. Bertabahlah dan berbahagia lah dengan apa yang ada *walau hati luka&
