Mmmm ... As i always told earlier, buat apa yg kita suka. Bila kita suka, kita semulajadi akan rela dan definitely akan bertahan lama. Kita tak rasa buang masa, tak rasa penat dan takkan merungut pun. Dont force yourself to accept things that u dont like dan tak rela nak buat. Definitely ko buat sekejap je, pastu ?? U end up no where lah. Aku buat apa yg aku suka, tanpa terikut-ikut apa yg org lain buat. I have been doing exercise more than 10 years ago. It's part of my life, susah dah aku nak let go those activity. I can see people come and go, in and out .. tapi aku masih bertahan. It's not easy to disipline ourself, kan. Buat korang yg baru nak mula (if any ) mmg susah nak bertahan but try as much as u can.
Ni pun baru balik pukul 10:30 tadi. Belum ngantuk lagi so i decided to talk with my blog. Malam-malam cite exercise eh?? Org len time ni dah nampak katil, bantal, selimut .. hehe.
Remember fren, do what you like. It's your life, it's your decision. Nobody can force u. After writing a few entry about the studio and the workout that we are doing now, I receive a lot of email from readers yg interested to join me. Camni la, sian u ols, jauh sgt u ols nak dtg ke Saujana Utama ni, tak praktikal, kan. If the place that u work ada Bdn Kebajikan Pekerja or Persatuan Pekerja, u can call us to go to your place for workout once a week. U dont have to come to us. Byk dah company yg panggil kitorg sebelum ni. Ok korang?? At least, i have given you an idea here. Hehe ..
