Ada orang panggil Acar Ikan .. ada yang panggil Ikan Masak Cuka. Sebenarnya sama. Resepi ni dah di ulang dua minggu berturut-turut. Sedap weih. Satu famili suka makan lauk ni. Nak tau kita belajar kat mana? Kita belajar kat blog kawan baik kita. Sedap korang. Korang gi ambek resepi kat tempat dia, pastu korang cubalah. Gerenti 'repeat' punya. Hihi ..
Yang ni guna ikan pari sebab ikan pari tu je stok yang tinggal dlm peti ais.
Hari pertama hari tu kita guna Ikan tenggiri. Lebih sesuai rasanya.
