The New Year has kicked-off in high gear for loyal patrons and fans of ERAMAN, with the recent launch of the final part of the year-long ERAMAN SHOPPING EXTRAVAGANZA: Shop & Drive Contest.

With a minimum spend of RM250 at any of ERAMAN’s participating outlets, shoppers will be in the running to take home attractive weekly prizes and a grand prize worth RM250,000. Sixteen lucky winners will be selected in the months of January and February, with a chance to take home vouchers worth RM4,000 and RM3,000 respectively.



As the grand prize winner of the Shop & Drive Contest, one lucky shopper will be handed the keys to the most sought-after prize of the entire campaign – a brand new Mazda 6, equipped with the SKYACTIV family of engines for greater fuel efficiency.


ERAMAN, the largest airport duty free and travel retail brand of Malaysia Airports, received overwhelming response and participation in the first two phases of the contest – Shop & Style and Shop & Win – with the second phase of the campaign attracting over 100,000 loyal patrons of ERAMAN to participate in the contest.

“With many passengers travelling through our airports in this period, it is the best time for them to shop at our stores and have a chance to win fabulous prizes we have to offer. Since the launch of this year-long Shopping Extravaganza, we have noticed increasing enthusiasm and excitement among our loyal fans in shopping with us. We hope that this third and final phase will attract even more participation than our last, especially since we have some of the best prizes up for grabs this time around!” said Zulhikam Ahmad, General Manager of Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn Bhd.

The year-long ERAMAN Shopping Extravaganza campaign was launched with the aim of reaching out and connecting with travellers and shoppers everywhere.

“It’s also one way in which we wanted to express our utmost gratitude to our loyal patrons, and we have certainly pulled out all the stops in doing so. We look forward to building and nurturing this relationship for a long time to come,” added Zulhikam.  

Pernod Ricard, as the campaign’s platinum sponsor, is offering an additional entry form for shoppers. In addition, Pernod Ricard is offering 20% off on the purchase of selected bottles such as Chivas, Martell, The Glenlivet, Royal Salut and Absolut, as well as 25% off on the purchase of two bottles.  FNA Marketing (M) Malaysia Sdn Bhd, as the silver sponsor, is offering special offers for its branded chocolates such as AnthonBerg, Cadbury, Goldkenn, Storck and Toblerone whereby purchase of between two to four items entitles the purchaser to a Gift-with-Purchase or another item free.


In conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations, ERAMAN also rewarded two lucky winners for November and December, under a separate ERAMAN Shop & Stay campaign. Yantiska Mahmud and Rozahan Abdul Kadir were the two lucky winners who received a 3 days and 2nights stay at Vivanta by Taj Rebak Island, Langkawi and a 3 days and 2 nights stay at the Miri Marriot Resort & Spa, Sarawak respectively.

“I’m happy to inform that since we kicked-off the campaign from August until December 2016, we received more than 16,894 entries from the customers of Airport Shoppe. This campaign was meant to increase the brand awareness for Airport Shoppe and the location of the outlet, as well as tap into the pool of travellers patronizing the airports. We are proud to say that this campaign has succeeded in achieving a double growth (for the November and December campaign) on a year-to-year basis”, said Zulhikam.

The ERAMAN Shop & Stay campaign will end this February with two more luxury holiday packages and shopping vouchers up for grabs for customers who spend a minimum of RM30 in a single receipt at ERAMAN Airport Shoppe, Level 3, KLIA. Customers are also entitled to get RM10 cash vouchers which can be redeemed at ERAMAN Chocolate Shoppe located on the same floor of the terminal.

Meanwhile ERAMAN Airport Shoppe has newly been renovated to enhance the look of the store and to ensure that every customer and airport staff gets to experience our great services with a renewed feel. The food and beverages corner is offering affordable quick combo sets of Nasi Lemak or Pastry or Pau with Americano coffee at only RM4.00 each set. These combo sets are available daily from 5 am to 12 pm for nasi lemak and 24 hours daily for pastry and pau.

Guests were entertained by a lion dance performance while oranges and exclusive shopping vouchers were also distributed to ERAMAN customers, airport staff and airline passengers during the Shop & Stay campaign prize giving ceremony recently.
