Hello readers ..
I went to another hill resorts recently. This means, I have visited 3 hill resorts in Malaysia in a month!! Woops .. I love my rainbow colours life!!
This time I went to the famous Genting Highlands (Tanah Tinggi Genting - in Malay), a hill resort within the Titiwangsa Moutnains on the border between the states of Pahang and Selangor of Malaysia or also known as Resorts World Genting.
Established in year 1965 by the late Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong, Genting Highlands are known as the destination for "Fun at the peak" or "The City of Entertainment" where indoor and outdoor entertainment, shopping, legal-land base casino, nightlife, various food are the attractions at Genting Highland.
With the average elevation of 1,800 metres above sea level, Genting Highland has a spring-like climate (within 8.4 degree Celcius to 25 degree Celcius), and attracts local and foreign tourist all year round.
I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel On the Park during my trip to Genting Highland. Formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel, this boutique hotel is a family-oriented hotel which can cater a maximum of 6 persons in a room.

With only 271 rooms, Hotel On The Park are located at the doorstep of Arena of Stars and the upcoming Twentieth Century Fox World Malaysia and about 10 minutes walking to the Sky Avenue Lifestyle Mall.
Not too bad if I say that this hotel is a kids friendly hotel with a quirky and playful modern decor which can bring a smile to their faces.
The Quad room
The smallest room in the hotel is the Quad rooms. This 260 sq ft size room comes with 2 queen size beds and can accommodate up to a maximum of four persons.
Once I stepped into the room .. I was shocked!! Creative, chic, trendy, modern and artistic - I love the idea of how they maximize the room space. Pretty smart and stylish !!
It's a family-oriented hotel ~ Kids will love it!
And the room comes with all the basic amenities that you need for a hotel stay
Woke up the next day from the comfort Quad room of Hotel On The Park - The bed and pillows are so comfy that I slept so well. As the hotel is located at one of the busiest road in Genting Highland, perhaps you should request for a higher floor room which is more quiet and privacy. Free Wi-Fi is also available for the room guests.

If you are travelling on a bigger group, this 300 sq ft size Sixers room would be your perfect choice. Suitable for families or group of friends who prefer to stay together in a room, the room has three queen-size beds (including bunk-bed). This room is definitely perfect for those who want to spend quality times together in Genting Highland .. *time for party, ya*

The hotel do not have any in-house coffee house or other dining outlets, but it has a small cute little cafe called Eatopia, a grab-and-go concept cafe which offers value for money quick bite food. From Malaysians favourite Nasi Lemak to a choices of pastry, guests can enjoy their light food at Eatopia or at the convenience of your own room.
Located in the heart of Genting Highland where all the attractions are reachable by foot, this newly revamp Hotel On The Park are a perfect choice for families who are travelling together or for a group of friends who want to spend their quality time together while enjoying the fun at the peak of this city of entertainment.
