1.5 Hours of Mix Cardio + Tabata


Another Chapter of my workout diary ~ 05012016 - Malam ni kita bersenam. Lokasi? Magyc Gym, Saujana Utama 2. Coach? Eqynn Razak lah .. Malam Selasa dia punya, kan. 

Oh yeahh .. my Pre-Workout Selfie. Bukan main berseri lagi kau kan Ella dengan baju, skirt dan topi biru .. senyum sana ..senyum sini .. ohh syok sendiri. Doesn't matter. I didn't see anything wrong if people like Selfie. Tak sakit hati tak menyampah pun tengok orang Selfie .. bukan kacau kita pun, kan. 


Post Workout Selfie ~ Wet shirt, buckets of sweat and tired face. Ohhh kesian .. tak larat nak senyum walau dalam hati sangat puas. Puas sangat dapat bersenam. 1.5 hours of Mix Cardio + Tabata are really torturing but so worth it. So-so worth it till we didn't feel the tiredness and pain. Ada rasa nak lagi tak kawan-kawan? I want more, please. Hehehe.

We-fie with them. Syabas buat wanita-wanita yang memilih untuk jadikan Senaman sebagai gaya hidup sehat. Ada suri rumahtangga, ada cikgu sekolah, ada Blogger *aku le tu .. hehehe* we came from various background tapi di Lantai Tari kami serasi bersama. Thanks to Coach Eqynn too .. best gila kita lompat-lompat .. and I love the hip hop music chosen .. happy gila bila dapat jadi gila-gila masa tu .. attitude babe .. attitude .. tapi i faham .. bukan semua orang boleh keluarkan attitude macam kau tu Ella oii .. kau lain la .. kalau dapat exercise memang kau 'all-out' la kan.

Penat? Alaaa .. penat sekejap je .. lepas tu dah ok. Dah boleh gelak-gelak and trust me most of us tidur selepas jam 1 pagi *aku le tu .. hehe* 

Phewwww .. there goes our lovely Tuesday. Teruskan bersenam wanita-wanita hebat. With one mission ~ Because we love ourselves very much. Yeahh .. kita bersenam sebab kita sayang diri kita .. maka kita pelihara ia sebaiknya dan bersenam adalah salah satu dari cara yang kita boleh amalkan untuk memelihara kesihatan dan kecergasan diri kita. Kalau lama tinggal senam badan sakit-sakit, kan dan 'moody' *aku le tu .. hehe* .. so, tak da pilihan .. sila bersenam.

Exercise also release Endorphin that make us feel good. This is what i meant by feel fresh, light, release and happy after exercise .. not weak or tired.

If you have a tired or stress mind, try exercise. It will give you a good feeling cos the body and mind come as a package. Trust me by balancing your tired mind after a long day at work with exercise will enhance your quality of life. Life is short. Live your life. Love yourself. Love your life. Let your mind be free with exercise. You can do it ladies. You can.

A strong woman is important .. cos we are the mother .. we are the wife .. we are the back bone and wing for our family. A strong bone and a strong wing are very important for a family to survive. Kalau mak dah tak sehat or selalu penat .. camana la rumah tu, kan. So ladies .. lets be strong. Lets exercise together. Jommmm.
