With the spirit to serve, sharing and caring, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel hosted 'Buka Puasa' for 44 children comprising of orphans and children of single parents as well as those who are genuinely poor from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Al-Firdausi and not only them, I was invited too *Thank You*
The event was held with the collaboration of Pott Glasses Malaysia who tested the children's vision and sponsored a pair of glasses for each child who was in need. Pott Glasses has pledged that for every pair of glasses sold, they will donate one to the needy.
While waiting for 'Buka Puasa and their eyes tested, the childrn were entertained with movies. Well, it was fun watching them having a quality time together. Kids are always lovely wherever they are, right.
The children were then served with a selection of delicious food at the Buffet counter. Nasi Briyani, Lamb Kurma, Rendang Daging, Chicken and Beef Satay, Bubur Lambuk and not to forget the lovely dessert which includes the ice cream.

And what is 'Hari Raya' without 'duit raya' which definitely make the children happy? Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel also generously share the joy and happiness with the children by distributing 'Duit raya' .. each and everyone were seen happily receiving it.

I called this 'Bubur Lambuk' Session. Do you know that Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel kitchen team cooked a delicious 'Bubur Lambuk'? To add extra taste to the 'Bubur' we added some 'Serunding' on top of it. Hurmmm .. hot, fresh and yummy! If you happen to be here on the next Ramadan (2017) do not forget to try .. I'm going to get it too *recommended*

All in .. all in .. It was such a wonderful evening at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel on 29th June 2016. The children were happy, the food served was delicious and good. We had a great time. Thank You Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel for that lovely evening.
