Salmon Yee Sang

The arrival of the new year will not be complete with the tossing of Yee Sang which signifies good luck, fortune, good health and longevity. RakuXin Restaurant presents a selection of delicious Yee Sang. From the ever-popular Salmon Yee Sang, Scallop Yee Sang, Pear & Salmon Yee Sang and Pacific Clam Yee Sang, to the extravagant Abalone Yee Sang.  If you want something special, opt for Fish Maw Yee Sang or the resilient Disney Yee Sang. Various ingredients such as shredded white radish, young ginger, yam chips, pamelo, preserved papaya gherkins, red and white ginger, ground peanut, sesame seeds, plum sauce and a lot more are added into this prosperity dish. Available in small and large portions during lunch (12:00pm) and dinner (8:00pm), this menu are priced from RM88 nett only.

I and my blogger friends had an opportunity to try MENU 3 (RM1188 nett per table of 10 persons) during our Chinese New Year reunion with Concorde Hotel Shah Alam. The 8-course set menu includes:-
