Cucur Bilis dan Kuih Talam Mek Yang

Jom Misz-ella nak kongsikan Menu berbuka puasa yang sangat senang, bahan-bahan membuatnya tidak banyak dan paling penting .. CEPAT!!

Misz-ella memang tak berpeluang untuk berlama-lamaan di dapur sebab jadual saya sangat padat. Dalam sehari macam-macam perkara nak di buat. Begitulah kehidupan seorang Misz-ella .. hidup bagai di alam 'amazing race'. Sometimes i do feel like a Superwoman and I Thank God for giving me the strength to walk my life. Not easy. Never easy. But i survive. Alhamdulillah.



Cucur Bilis ~ I went into my kitchen at 6:30. Done in 40 minutes. Wheat flour, onion, ikan bilis, chili and any vege that you have in your fridge. I use green peas. Chop all ingredients, mix it with the flour, sprinkle some tumeric powder and salt. Pour hot water and mix it well. Fry it and til it perfectly cook and enjoy with sauce.

Kuih Talam Mek Yang ~ Kole Kacang, Kasui Pandan and Talam Keladi .. specially made by my sister using original traditional recipe. One thing about Mek Yang she is very particular about her kuih talam's quality. I must say her kuih is the BEST! Call/Whatsapp Mek Yang at 012-6556199.
