Buka Puasa with Chef Wan at Mandarin Oriental Hotel

Buka Puasa is the much awaited moment during Ramadan. One unique thing about Ramadan is everyone will dine together at the same time. Either with family members or friends, Buka puasa moment is always fun and memorable.

In another words, buka puasa has become one of the greatest way to spend quality time together. This applies to corporate company too where they will take the opportunity of this special moment during Ramadan to dine with their clients or staffs, regardless our races, religions or beliefs. Everyone is excited for the moment ~ We celebrate Ramadan with love, peace and harmonies. Ramadan is always a special month, right?

I recently had an opportunity to buka puasa with my BFF at Mosaic Restaurant of Mandarin Oriental Hotel with the accompany Chef Wan.

Well .. siapa tak kenal Chef Wan? Chef tersohor yang mengelilingi dunia dengan masakannya. Chef Wan is currently having his exclusive collaboration with Mandarin Oriental Hotel until this 11th June 2017. Diners who buka puasa at Mosaic and Diamond Ballroom will get to sample his delicious cuisine as well as meeting him in person and I was one of the lucky diners who was at Mosaic on 6th June 2017 *Yeay*

Presenting his best delicious recipe .. from Morocco to Spain and all over Asia signature, I would like to share my experienced with you all here. Masakan Chef Wan memang superb! Rendang Daging, Kambing Kuzi, Nasi Bukhari Udang, Nasi Kambing Panggang, Nasi Tomato, Nasi Kukus Pandan, Nasi Kerabu Ayam Percik, Nasi Ambeng, Lamb Stew, Sambal Sotong Berkacang, Ikan Bakar Portugese and many more .. semua hidangan memang sangat asli, punya rasa yang tersendiri serta memuaskan hati. 

Not to forget our traditional Malay desert like Badak berendam, Bubur Gandum and others like Sira Palembang and Serikaya Nangka. Yummy! Sedap tak terkata.

Not our first meet up with Chef Wan. Chef Wan is such a LIVELY person. Every meet up with him is always fun. Chef Wan memang seorang yang merendah diri, peramah dan periang. Tak kering gusi bila bersama dia, tak sesaat pun membosankan kerana Chef Wan sentiasa ada idea dan perkongsian buat kita semua. No wonder his fan loves him and Yes .. We love him too!

Buka Puasa package at Mosaic also come with Fresh durian and other local fruits. I am a durian lover .. Yummy!
