Cerita orang bersenam .. cerita orang joget-joget .. Apa la yang best, kan? Tak best tak apa .. sebab Misz-Ella menulis buat kenangan Misz-Ella dan kawan-kawan je. Bukan untuk 'impress' sesiapa.

Sekali sekala gila-gila. Haha.

Saya dah hampir 20 tahun ber exercise. Dari dulu hingga kini beraerobic dan "Fun Dance". Even penat dan mencabar .. still i'm in love with it.  When Aiman was a small boy, i used to bring him for Jogging. Pagi petang i jogging. Then i stop sebab i dont like the enviroment ... tak suka orang pandang masa lari-lari. Kelakar kot the way aku lari? Hahaha.  Then i buy CD .. i follow the step. From 1 CD now i have a set of CD's. Serius best masa ni.  About 3-4 years ago i started to join class and i found that its more fun. Enjoy gila beb exercise ramai-ramai. Nak Cha Cha? Nak Rock n Roll? Nak Twist? Nak K-Pop? Nak Gelek Arab? Nak Gelek Bolly? Nak Latino? Nak Joget Pahang? Nak Jong Jong Inai? Semua ada di Kelas Aero and Fun Dance Teacher Tini. On top of that i also tried Exercise kat Gym but still i rasa aerobics and fun dance is more fun. 

For those of you who want to exercise, there are many methods of exercise outside there. Pilih la yang bersesuaian dengan jiwa korang. Do it consistently, jangan cepat 'give up'.  Give yourself 3 months. 3 bulan bersenam dengan konsisten .. i'm sure you will see the result.  Otot badan semakin pejal, pinggang makin ramping dan tahap kecergasan meningkat. Tak percaya? Cuba.
