Hari Khamis malam Jumaat.  My energy level ada sikit drop lepas 3 hari makan-makan dan bersantaian di Kelantan.  So Misz-ella tak jogging tapi Catwalk atas Threadmill dan ber 'Mak Yong' masa 'cycling'.  Jauhhhh si Ery and Umi left me. Pegi la korang ber kilo-kilo meter di depan ku ..nanti i follow you. Haha.

Hari Jumaat malam Sabtu .. bigger cycling group at the Gym. Yeahhhh lets kayuh together. Sambil kayuh sambil gelak ketawa.  Exercise is fun if betul caranya, kan but seriously this class is very intensive with 80kg loads to push on my thighs and malamnya aku naik tangga macam orang dalam pantang. Haha.

Kesakitan badan yang tidak menghalang kami dari terus bersenam so hari Sabtu malam minggu exercise dengan anak-anak.  Lets do it Boys.  Mari amalkan Gaya Hidup Sehat bersama-sama, k. Mama pun hepi sebab bersenam dengan 'Bodyguard' kesayangan hati. Yeahhh angkat besi. Good thing i started to improve .. Coach is happy with my performance.  All records break .. tonight i burned 1200 calories. Haihhh .. kurus la aku tak lama lagi. Hehe

Sup Sayur tanpa Nasi my dinner lepas bersenam kat Restoran Mamak bawah Hari2 Mau Gym Fasa 3 Puncak Alam. Feel Good after exercise and look forward to look good with exercise. 

After almost 20 years with exercise, it has become my lifestyle.  Can't live without it.
