Gobo Chit Chat, 5th Floor Traders Hotel will be celebrating this Ramadan with Selera Malaysia Buffet Dinner promotion starting from 18 June 2015 to 16 July 2015.
The Buffet dinner, available from 6:30pm to 10:30pm daily, features a variety of Malaysian cuisines, such as chicken curry and beef rendang with four hawker stalls highlighting famous Malaysian dishes : Goreng-goreng, a stall for fried items; Nasi Beriyani, Manisan, a station of local desserts. The Ramadan Buffet Selera Malaysia also features a wide selection of contemporary Western and Asian cuisine with a sushi bar, Thai appetiser buffet, front noodle kitchen and show bakery.
The kitchens are displayed in an usual manner and this arrangement ensures that orders are freshly prepared a la minute and served right away at the table
