1 piece of chicken (cut into 16 pieces)
4 pieces of small red onion
3 pieces of garlic
1 inch of ginger
2 stalks of lemongrass (crush the top only)
Chili paste (quantity depends on your level of spiciness)
1 small tin of Tomato puree
10 table spoon of Chili Sauce
How to cook :-
Marinate chicken with tumeric powder and little bit of salt for a 10 minutes and deep fried the chicken. Half cook is enough.
Add on a little bit of sugar and salt to the pan. You can add a little bit of water to the mixture.
OK done. Lets 'makan'.
