Minggu Gila

Every week is a busy week. Every week is a crazy week. Tiap-tiap minggu adalah minggu gila buat saya. Nasib baik Ella tak masuk Hospital Gila. I is Ok. Cuma saya suka, sangat suka menyibukkan diri sendiri.

Early morning trip to the South. I slept almost at 2am, woke up at 5:00am and start my journey at 5:30am. Ella is super crazy!! Haha. What to do, I was having some technical problem which made my work draggy. Tapi Alhamdulillah, segala nya dapat diselesaikan. Suka dan hepi gila sebab kerja saya diterima. Terima kasih Lady Boss atas kepercayaan dan sokongan yang diberi. 

Sunday morning exercise. Lepas mengajar aerobik, Misz-ella buat 'Sit-Up', Push-Up ..lepas tu terbaring kemengahan atas 'badminton court'. Exercise always make me happy. Exercise always make me fresh and feel more healthy. Lepas exercise bawak mama pergi pasar cari Ikan. Lepas cari ikan kita pergi rumah KY jumpa Pok Su dan famili yang mari dari Trengganu. Seronok lah. Lama gila kita tak bersua.

Rasanya, dalam banyak-banyak cabaran, memerdekakan jiwa adalah antara cabaran yang paling hebat lagi berat yang harus kita hadapi. Memerdekakan diri dari segala rasa .. mengosongkan jiwa dari segala belenggu yang menghantui. Rasa-rasaya, itulah kemerdekaan yang sebenarnya apabila segala rasa berjaya kita singkir pergi. Breaking the Wall ~ Thanks friend for teaching me this. I really appreciate what you taught me. Thanks for making me realised that i need to break the wall. Yeahhh .. i will try hard to break the wall. Dont forget to support me, k.

Who say we can't look good and beautiful while on the spectacles? Well, thats what i thought before. I used spectacles since I was 12th. Masa kecil dulu suka sangat tengok TV dekat-dekat sebab masa tu, I rasa pakai cermin mata adalah sangat lawa dan bergaya. So I purposely rosakkan mata sendiri so that i can be 'rabun' and can be on spectacle. Hahaha .. so stupid, kan.

Ikan Cencaru Masak Taucu

As usual, masakan mak memang yang terbaik di dunia walaupun seringkas Lauk Taucu.

Mom cooked this meal for the whole family. Dalam seminggu, lauk ni mesti ada. Sebab dia memang 'favourite' the whole family. Goreng ikan garing-garing, letak tepi. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah dan halia sampai garing, masukkan taucu, air asam jawa, air dan sedikit gula. Jangan bubuh garam ye. Sebab taucu dah masin. Bila semua rasa dah sebati, masukkan Cili hijau dan bawang besar yang dihiris. Done. Jom kita makan dengan nasi panas. Ouchhhh .. lari diet mak .. berpinggan-pinggan i bedal. Haha.

Puteri. Kawan Baik. Mak Tak Sehat. Kitten & Kasut Cantik.

Today sharing is chatting. Saja nak sembang-sembang dengan korang. Haha .. assive like i got nothing to do, kan. Padahal entry bersusun nak buat. Its ok .. chatting is therapy. Once therapy is done lets continue with my draft entries. Draft box is so full .. Ohh my back log. Haha.

Saturday pagi i exercise, back to home in the afternoon and Saturday night i spent my time with 'kesayangan' - Puteri and Huda. Huda is Puteri's friend. I fetched her at home so that they can spend time together. Kita pergi ke Setia City Mall, tengok air pancut berwarna and play bubble together. We went to the playground and kids want to eat KFC. We ended up the session with Gelato Ice Cream and yeayyy !! we had a great time together. I always love spending quality time with 'kesayangan' ~ God is always fair. Even I have one kid and he has grown up, my life is filled with others. Anak buah sentiasa ada menceriakan hari-hari Mama Ella. Always love to be with them. Life is always great!! Alhamdulillah.

One of the day, i took a few hours of my busy schedule to meet Taufik. Heyyy its Taufik on the house. Hai Taufik *waving right hand* Taufik work in US and on vacation in Malaysia. He will be on Europe tour next 29th before he return to US on early November. Taufik, me and Yana are friends. We miss you here, Yana. We hope you are here with us. As usual, time with Taufik is always precious. Bak kata kawan Yana, bila dengan Taufik kita happy je. Taufik pandai ambil hati, pandai menceriakan keadaan, banyak gelak bila kita dengan dia. Ada je benda dia nak cakap or buat untuk buat kita gembira. All the best to you Taufik. Send my regards to Bunda and sista. I pray for your happiness, Taufik. Taufik is still single. Sapa-sapa nak apply? Ehhh kena lalu Misz-ella dulu. Haha

I was down with flu and fever one of the night and here we go .. Panadol soluble for me and him. Anak dan mak sehati sejiwa maka sakit kita pun bersama-sama. Mama love you Aiman. Muahhh.

I went back to SU over the weekend and brought my favourite shoes to mom's. Hadiah buat kaki yang banyak berjasa membawa saya ke sini sana. Happy feet make me happy too. 

Since Dad passed away, we moved in to Mom's to take care of her. Dekat rumah mama pun ada kucing. Nama dia Shitake. She just gave birth to a male kitten a month ago. We call him Sashimi. Sashimi is sooo cute. Dah pandai jalan dan duduk atas my laptop. OOhhhh .. ok u want me to look at you, ya. OKok .. no work .. hands off from the keyboard. My times are all yours, Sashimi.

Haiiiiii ..nama saya Miko. Seriously rindu sangat kat Miko. Miko is my neighbour's cat which i adopted. Miko will accompany me, will sleep with me, will kiss me to wake me up from my sleep, will listen to me. Miko is so special. He is a clever, handsome and gorgeous cat. Miko is full of emotion. He understand my happiness, my sadness and my anger. Miko will touch my cheek if i'm sad or angry with him. Miko will shake Aiman's hand if Aiman is angry with him. Miko will accompany Aiman's sleep if he refuse to wake up. Tapi jarang-jarang la nak marah kat Miko. Sebab dia sangat pandai mengambil hati dan memahami. Miko is so special and close to our heart. We miss you Miko *sobs*

Lastly, today is my happy + sad day. I worked hard for something since few months ago and today, a good news, the much awaited news arrived. But things come with pro and cons. Deep inside, there is a little sadness. But this is my decision, this is what i want. Hold into it. I have another 3 months before i have to say GoodBye. Yes. 3 more months, Ella *sad*

OkOk. Dont want to be in a sad mode forever. Lets push the positive vibes into our life. 'Down' boleh tapi jangan lama-lama. Cepat-cepat lah kita 'up' kan diri. Got to go. Ok Byeee.

Mandi Peluh Hujung Minggu

I was so happy over the weekend. I spend my weekend doing quality things - Mandi Peluh!!

Saturday morning with Elana at MYoga, Plaza Damas. An hour of Yoga - the class is really fun!! But seriously, i enjoyed aerodance more. I can dance 2 hours non-stop without feeling tired at all but in VinyasaYoga, OhMyyy .. too much pressure on the muscle. Yeahh muscle conditioning is good and burn more calories actually. Cant wait to repeat the class next week. Elana pleaseeee .. Jom repeat!

Sunday morning outdoor exercise with Coach Ella. Lets burn the calories that we consumed during Raya. 60 minits Non-stop Hi-Lo aerodance. I think this group like Latino more and they enjoyed the famous 'Chumbia Semana' line dancing too. Minggu depan kita sambung lagi, k. Coach Ella masih banyak step menari nak dishare dengan korang semua. Cant wait. Cant wait. Sooo excited for weekend. Yeayy!! So ladies, lets do it - exercise is fun !!

Recently Misz-ella was invited to attend Panasonic Beauty Workshop. Bloggers and other members of the media were seen happily enjoying the real life demonstrations held in a cozy and comfortable cafe, Betjeman & Barton in 1 Utama Shopping Mall.

Panasonic, the famous brand for electrical appliances also has a wide ranges of products on health and beauty. Make Beautiful Happen is Panasonic Beauty's theme for 2015 ~ We were shown various beauty and health products and were given the opportunity to try the product too. Beauty tips, professional advice on Hair and Face care were also given. Well it was a real fun to try each products with the other blogger. Fun. Harini nak share makanan sedap yang Misz-ella and the Geng makan semasa di Johor Bahru baru-baru ini. Jom Layan ..

Nasi Lagenda dengan Ayam Bumbu beriringkan Telur Masin, Kerabu Mangga, Ulam Timun dan Buah Tomato, Keropok dimakan dengan Sambal. Ermmmm .. sedap.

They served delicious Asam Pedas too. We chosed Red Snapper Head Asam Pedas. Hurmmmm .. Yummy!! Pandai orang Johor masak Asam Pedas ye. Ingatkan Asam Pedas Melaka je sedap .. yang Johor pun tak kurang hebatnya. Puas hati lah makan.

Tempat makan adalah di Restoran Malay Village, Jalan Kolam Air, JB

Well, i can say that the environment is a bit Balinese or Sundanese 

Ada ala-ala Garden konsep jugak. They have table for 2, 4 and they have table for bigger group too. Heyy they got 'Wakaf' too. Price a bit pricey - KL standard sebab JB kan bandar besar tapi servis very tip top. So fast one .. no complaint!! Haha. All in All in .. we enjoyed the food served here. Tq to Dr. Nor for the belanjaring. Love you so much, Boss *muahhh*
