Before slept i told Aiman, esok kita keluar pukul 9. Tapi Misz-ella bangun 10 pagi. Gila lambat.  Reschedule all program. So i went down to did some therapy and ta daaaaaa ... i cooked Nasi Lemak Healthy .. using Beras Herba Ponni Taj Mahal. Beras low carb, low calorie for my small family.

Nasi Lemak Healthy served with Sambal Bilis, Ayam Goreng Berempah And Condiments. Sambal and Ayam Goreng fried with Sunflower Oil.  If you can afford, feed your family with quality food.  More expensive but very healthy. Hajat hati nak makan sikit je tapi Ya Ampunnnn .. this Nasi Lemak is super sedap so 3 senduk for me. Gila makan aku harini.  Lepas Zohor, keluar berduet dengan Aiman .. planning to watch movie at 1U but again, program changed cos Aiman kata cite Hantu je yang best kat Wayang sekarang ni. WHAT? Cite hantu? NO. NO. NO. Cite Hantu paling gempak i pernah tengok Kak Limah Balik Rumah dan Zombie Kg Pisang je, yang lain jangan harap sebab i gila penakut.  Finally we decided to shop Aiman's stationery and things sahaja. Yeayyy !! Happy gila kita berdua. 

Then someone called .. Jom minum ABC. I'm not a fan of Cendol, ABC or whatsoever tapi boleh layan la sekali sekala. Cuba tengok .. cuba tengok .. air gula, syrup, susu pekat, susu cair. OhMy .... berapakah calorie? Tapi makan tak baik membazir .. maka semangkuk high calorie ABC ni safely landed in my little tummy.

My ABC date that afternoon .. Teacher Tini and Zulaikha.  ABC, Apam beras, Sup Daging, Pisang Goreng ... ohmyyyy .. Gila makan!!

Feeling guilty to our body so lets exercise .. tapi bagai ada yang tak kena .. kelas macam sedikit tawar tak cukup rasa.  Nasib baik ada Cinta Satu Malam dan La Is La Bonita buat penghibur hati. By the way, thats my Darling Umi .. my dance partner dan antara kawan yang sudi pinjamkan ruang whatsapp nya melayan Misz-ella ni tak kira apa waktunya even masa tu dah pukul 1 atau 2 pagi tapi if dia tak jawab that means she already sleep like Sleeping Beauty.   I dont like to talk on the phone .. only Whtsapp please .. nak cite panjang jom 'dating'.  Cuba tengok .. even ada orang cakap badan i macam Saloma or macam biola or macam kerengga .. tapi muscle i boleh tahan besarnya .. hasil senaman berpuluh tahun. Kick boxing, weight lifting all i tried. YESSS ...Saya memang Gila 'exercise' cos Exercise is Fun!! So readers lets do this ~ Eat and Burn. Exercise for healthy living. Yeayy!!
