Wonder - In Cinemas 7 December 2017

Hello readers ..

Last week was a madness week. FAM trip, family, beauty pageant, corporate event and ... despite that hectic schedule, I managed to watch two movies.

I started my new week with watching movie too. Press screening for Wonder was held at TGV Cinema 1 Utama on Monday 26th November 2017. When I received the invitation .. Hey its Julia Roberts!! Wow!! I wanna watch this!

Wonder is based on the New York Times bestseller. Wonder tells the inspiring and heartwarming story of August Pullman who born with facial differences that, up until now, have prevented him from going to a mainstream school. The story of a 10 year-old boy with facial differences becomes a multifaceted look at what it means to be human in the film adaptation of R.J. Palacio’s bestseller, Wonder.

However entering the new school season of fifth grade, his parents decided he is ready to go to school and face the reality.

Jettisoned into what is for him the brave new world of the 5th grade, Auggie steps into an unexpected journey. All Auggie ever wanted was to be an ordinary kid, but as his sister keeps telling him, you can’t be ordinary when you were born to stand out.

Though he once found solace inside a space helmet, suddenly he must face a whole universe of gawking kids who don’t yet know how to face him back.

Now, in a year by turns funny, tough and beautiful -- Auggie and all around him are transformed by the things that count most: friendship, courage and the everyday choice to be kind to everyone in your path.

Wonder is a heart-warming and inspiring story - I smiled, cried and laughed watching Wonder. Every characters are strong, everyone has their own stories but Auggie united them and changed their perspective about life. There are so many meaningful words and there are so much we can learn from Auggie's extraordinary journey.

Wonder stars :
Jacob Tremblay as August Pullman/Auggie
Julia Roberts as Auggie's mother
Owen Wilson as Auggie's father

Director : Stephen Chbosky

Release date : 7 December 2017

7 December 2017 ~ Save The Date!! Its school holiday bring your kids along to the cinema as this movie is suitable for all ages and dont forget to bring tissues. This movie will touch your heart. You gonna cry happily.
