Another chapter of my exercise diary .. hidup Misz-ella camni la .. kalau tak kerja, exercise. Kalau tak kat Event kat Gym. Tu je la tempat...

What is life without exercise?

Boring.
Bad Mood.
Sakit Badan.
Loose Muscle.
High Colestherol.
Bertepek Lemak.

Yeahhh .. that's my answer.

I have been exercising for years .. starting with Aerobics .. changed to Aerodance .. and now i joined Dance Class and Weight Training. Susah la nak tinggalkan .. badan rasa tak sedap, kurang selesa tanpa senaman. 

 
Cardio + Weight Training at Hari2 Mau Gym at Fasa 3 Puncak Alam with my kesayangan. Supposed Aiman joined us but he cancel last minute sebab nak keluar dengan kawan.

I hate running but i have to run. 210 calories burnt, 2.8km in 25 minutes .. buckets of sweat .. basah seluruh badan and i am very happy.  Then the Weight training .. the weight increased step by step. Ohhh berat .. TQ Coach for the support and guide.


 Mama my girlfriend is 54 years old Grandmother but she did better than me.  Kuat sungguh tangan mama dapat mengangkat beban yang berat .. malu ahh me and Umi yang muda ni.

Seronok spend time dengan kawan-kawan yang ada minat yang sama - Bersenam. Exercise is fun. Senaman baik untuk kesihatan.  We love exercise .. walau terpaksa mengorbankan masa dan mengerah tenaga .. walau sakit-sakit badan dibuatnya.  We want to be a strong woman especially me sebab Umi cakap i main Weight macam main Mak Yong. Mama kata lembutnya Ella .. duduk exercise pun sopan. OK tunggu .. sikit lagi korang berdua Ella boleh angkat. Tehehe. 

 Its not easy cos my background is Aerodance *patut la lembut, kan* ... but you can do it.  Challenge yourself .. dont give up.

Me before and after. Can't wait for another Session with my Girlfriends and Coach. Yeayy!!

bestnye kak..210 calories burnt in 25 minutes ?? sya biase wat 15min 50kalori jer..tu pun da mengah2 nk pengsan da rasa..
