Jogging Petang

A day before Puasa .. we went for jogging together.


Too many obstructions in the park .. off to the main road we go.


Unfortunately, someone injured .. Jom kita balik.


Lesson of the day ~ Make sure you did your Warm Up before you start your exercise or you will end up with muscle cramp.
