Its 9th Ramadan today. I hope all of you did well in your fasting this Ramadan 2016. Ramadan is a month of sharing and giving.
Ramadan is the most awaited month! And in the spirit of sharing and giving during the Ramadan, Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur Hotel, a leading five-star hotel in the heart of Bukit Bintang recently paid a tribute to traffic police officers who were on duty in the city centre and Misz-ella was one of the luckiest one to witness this meaningful occasion.
Mr. Peter Gibbons, The General Manager of the Grand Millennium Hotel, Kuala Lumpur in his speech said that "This is a simple gesture to show that Grand Millennium Hotel care and appreciate these officers who work on the field during the fasting month and who are on call 365 days a year come rain or shine. It also showcases our responsibility as a group and to foster synergy between the community and the traffic police. Grand Millennium are delighted to host this program for three consecutive years and look forward to many more in the years to come.
The meal boxes comprised of a variety of food and fruits, including the must-have Bubur Lambuk, traditional Malay Kueh, Honey dates, Lychee and Rose apples, complimented with a bottle of orange juice.
The brigade of officers donned in their uniforms driving by their bikes and patrol cars before proceeding to their designated workstations for the day.
And I do not want to miss the opportunity to be part of this meaningful event too!
