Jumaat 12 Ramadan - Hujan dan Dance Class


Jumaat 12 Ramadan ~ Hujan sepanjang hari.

Macamana sejuk nya cuaca hari Jumaat itu, begitu jugalah beku hati ku.
Few pending things settled, few are still hanging. The moment I felt so helpless, there is always a solution into it. Alhamdulillah.

Back to Sg. Buloh in the evening. Buka Puasa and there I was .. at the Dance Floor with my exercise buddies. Congratulations to them who accepted the challenge to exercise even after a day of fasting. Sapa cakap bulan Puasa tak boleh bersenam? Sapa cakap tak ada tenaga? Sapa cakap tak baik bersenam di bulan Ramadan? Sapa cakap kalau pergi bersenam nanti tak boleh bersolat Tarawikh?

If you block your mind, everything will be NO-NO-NO. But if you think positive, think with open mind, everything will be YES! You Can Do It! Time Management is very important. Pandai-pandai lah urus masa makan, masa solat, masa bersenam .. everyone has 24 hours, right? Guna lah sebaiknya 24 jam yang Allah bagi kat kita tu. Life is easy lah. Dont make it complicated.

Sebenarnya 12 Ramadan Misz-ella tak sehat. Sakit kepala berdenyut-denyut .. tapi still semangat i kuat. I made my way to the Dance floor with the headache. Masa dance, memang tak rasa sakit, masa 'break' terasa berdenyut balik .. but that happened only the first 30 minutes. Another 45 minutes was superb! Cardio Dance, Body Toning ~ Russian Twist, Plank, Toe Touch .. we enjoyed the challenged! Thanks to Coach Eqynn. Look forward for more class. Ok Bye. Dah pukul 2.05 minit pagi and I am still typing.
