Another chapter of my exercise diary.


Ran a few kilometres at the threadmill .. then its time for some weight training. Fuhhh .. I am weak and slow but finally ... Weight increased!! I achieved another milestone in my weight training. Can't believe I made it. Keep on moving Ella .. do not give up. 


Hungry at night? Bukak peti ais yang ada hanya Sayur Kubis, Daun salad, Tomato dan Cili Api sahaja. Stir fry all vegiess  hummmm .. the whole plate was mine. Asalkan pedas, my tummy are happy. OKBye readers. Thank you baca ye.
