New week. New challenge. New adventure.


Sunday morning well spent with 1 hour Non-stop Mix Dance Workout. 

Kita bersenam sebab kita nak jadi mak yang sihat, cergas dan kuat, kan. So jangan malas, jom kita bersenam.

The 1 hour non-stop Mix Dance Workout was lead by Coach Zaharah. Fun dance, easy dance, shake, shimmy, jump .. basah lencun baju kami and we really enjoy it. Buckets of sweat. Tons of calories. We had fun so much fun !! 

Ladies, take good care of your health ya. Be positive. Keep fit. Stay strong and healthy. Lets say Yes to a healthy lifestyle. You can do it. You can. Jom kita sama-sama bersenam.
