I am back to the Dance Floor. Rindu gila nak menari dengan kawan-kawan fitness. Walau berbagai jenis senaman Misz-ella dah buat, Cardio Dance tetap Cinta Pertama Misz-ella dan kekal di hati. Cinta pertama .. mana lah boleh lupa, kan.
Looking backwards i have been practising group studio exercise for 7 years. I was among the earliest student in my neighborhood. I saw people come and go but I'm still loyal to the dance floor.Compare to other form/method of exercise that I'm doing, group studio exercise is the most fun and happening.
Banyak faktor yang buat group studio exercise jadi best ~ pilihan lagu, bunga tarian, suasana studio, your fit sisters @ your exercise group and most importantly your Coach. Class Coach zaharah memang best - dengan loghat Perak dia yang selamba, bunga tarian dia yang senang kita nak ikut and the catchy music. Suits any level of fitness - yang high intensity suka melompat mcm Misz-ella pun boleh, beginner or yang lemah lembut gemalai pun boleh.
Jauh kita berkelana di class Coach Zaharah malam semalam. Dari Latino step dance which includes Raggae, mambo and banyak lagi .. tiba-tiba kita ke Korea .. lepas tu Hip Hop .. tiba-tiba lagu India .. ehhh .. Perawan Atau Janda pun ada .. then Cha Cha during the 5 mins 4 wall Line Dance, hummm enjoy gila kelas kak Zaharah. Paling best sebab dia suka fokus exercise kat pinggang. You all nak pinggang ramping macam Misz-ella tak? Join class dia, tiap Rabu 9-10 malam di Rockafella Dance Studio. Walk-In Rate RM10 sahaja.
Dan extra happy sebab Angah, rakan Fitness Misz-ella dah kembali ke Lantai Tari. Hidup ini jangan serius sangat walaupun sedang exercise. Jangan tunjuk muka bosan sebab senaman tidak sepatutnya membosankan.
Exercise is fun! Shake your body, enjoy the music and smile ... Angah always have fun during exercise .. meriah kelas kalau dia ada. Bila fun, kita pun seronok .. confirm kita akan kembali lagi ke Lantai Tari, kan.
Dalam banyak2 benda dalam dunia, Misz-ella paling suka tengok kaum wanita put an effort on taking care of themselves thru exercise. This will make us stronger. Kalau ikutkan hati yang malas dan penat, Misz-ella pun ada rasa macam tu juga. Kalau difikirkan kerja-kerja yang banyak, kerja Misz-ella tak pernah habis.
Misz-ella nak ucapkan Tahniah pada rakan-rakan fitness Misz-ella who made their way to the Dance Floor for exercise. I know they had a lot of other commitment but they put exercise as their priority too.
So ladies outside there, if you have not started your exercise, I would encourage you to do so. Tak dapat menari cuba lah berjogging. Tak da masa nak berjogging apa kata beli CD aerobik dan mula bersenam mengikut kesesuaian masa di dalam rumah kita sendiri.
