Harini buat satu keputusan yang sangat berat.

Satu benda yang Misz-ella pegang dalam hidup, buat apa pun biar bersungguh. Nak nangis, biar sampai bengkak mata pun tak pe. Lepas tu dah. Lets rise and shine so jom exercise. Bila exercise give 100% komitment .. enjoy the music and smile. Hilang titis airmata berganti titis peluh habis basah satu badan dan muka. Exercise good for mind, health and soul. Yes i'm hurt but my heart is still in good condition. Disakiti berulang kali tapi dia masih kuat lagi. Alhamdulillah .. i love my strong heart very much. Nampak tak bola-bola tu? Rasa macam nak melantun atas bola tapi tak boleh .. tak cukup ruang sebab student terlalu ramai .. please ensure you minimise your step bila dah ramai tu ye .. if bukak tangan terkena rakan sebelah, sila gerak 2 langkah ke belakang atau hadapan. The row will look a bit zig zag but its ok. I miss the ball ... hope can melantun di atas bola hujung minggu ni. Nak main bola .. nak main bola. Bola + dumbell .. Yeayyy!!

Lets welcome this 3 new ladies to the group. Adik cermin mata tegur i .. Kak Ella .. saya Silent Reader akak. Saya selalu baca Blog akak dan buat saya teringin nak exercise. Selamat datang Adik bertiga. I am so happy my writing membawa awak bertiga ke Gaya Hidup Sehat ini. I hope you enjoy the Dance Floor as much as i do. Dah almost 20 years dik akak ber exercise. Itu rahsia saya Awet muda dan hepi sentiasa even jiwa kacau kadang kala. Readers, jangan layan perasaan ok .. dari melayan jiwa yang kacau baik buat benda lain yang lebih berfaedah, kan. Jom join kami meronggeng disini tapi malam ni kita layan Dangdut and Rasa Sayang for finishing. Rasa Sayang versi RAP tau bukan versi Kindergarden. Best!!
Tetiba rasa nak shopping baju exercise sebab dah lama tak 'shop, shop and shop. Hope this weekend can do that therapy provided dompet tebal tak kempis la kan .. if kempis kita shopping dalam mimpi. Exercise is Fun! And i add the fun by pakai baju 'fancy-fancy' untuk exercise. Be creative during exercise and for sure, saya suka sangat match kan skirt 'basketball' dan skirt 'pom-pom' girl with my long pants masa exercise. Best tengok skirt tu kembang kuncup macam 'parachuet'. Ehh silap .. 'parachuet' pun kalah sebab once kembang tunggu mendarat lah baru kuncup but my skirt keep on moving as my body moves. Tonight i missed Umi, Mama and Kak Wan .. kurang 'dance partner' yang gila-gila dan 'fun' .. ramai bila exercise muka ketat .. penat ke .. hafal step ke .. or terlalu focus kot? Jangan macam tu .. enjoy your movement, the music and smile .. baru lah exercise is fun dan tak memenatkan babe. Confirm kita enjoy and jom repeat!! And tonight, ramai tegur 'Apasal cantik sangat ni *sambil raba my body* dan ehh dah kurus lah .. cepat betul kurus ye. Exercise contribute 30% from your total weight loss program *i designed my own plan* .. other 70% is healthy food and positive attitude. Nak tau lebih lagi? Nanti i cerita. Jari halus dah penat. Bye.
