Zumba at Kuala Lumpur Bike Week 2015 @ The Lanai

Hello hai Saturday ..

A very well spent Saturday morning with exercise buddies. Yess!! Kita mulakan pagi Sabtu dengan aktiviti menyihatkan tubuh badan.

An hour of Zumba dance with Zin Hamka at Kuala Lumpur Bike Week 2015. Bila my exercise friend kak Yun ajak ber zumba di pagi hari, off course Misz-ella jawab Yes!! Almaklumlah sudah seminggu tinggalkan exercise due to some reasons.

Sebenarnya in life dugaan nak buat sesuatu yang baik, yang positif memang hebat. Walau dah berjanji sedari awal tapi nak bangun awal pagi di hari cuti bukanlah mudah. Banyak dugaan like ... malasnya nak bangun, sambung tidur best ni .. hanya kekuatan minda dan semangat yang kuat boleh mengatasi perkara ni so there you go .. kita lawan yang negatif-negatif  tu dan 6:45 dah menunggu di tempat yang kita janjikan.


The 1 hour Zumba Dance in conjunction with Kuala Lumpur Bike Week 2015 took place at The Lanai, Malaysia Tourism Centre at Jalan Ampang at 8:10 am. A photo with Zin Hamka .. a very fun Zumba Instructor (Zin) Best follow dia walaupun step dia tidak lah mudah .. tetapi boleh la follow.  As long as you keep on moving and sweating .. thats the most important thing, style does not matters.


Most of the Zin has the same song and Zumba's step is not easy, actually. A lot of body movement but as long as you have the stamina, you layan je lah. Tak kesah la cantik ke tidak step korang tu yang penting kita bersenam untuk kesihatan. Jangan malas, k.


Kak Yun, Kak Alina dan Kak Del ~ Lepas bersenam kita makan. Harus top-up energy after we burn the calories.

Not much info I had about Kuala Lumpur Bike Week 2015 cos I'm here for Zumba so lepas ber zumba we took a tour around the exhibition area and lepas tu kami pun balik.


Syabas buat wanita-wanita yang mengambil langkah positif dengan bersenam di pagi hari .. nak pulak di hari Cuti ini. Saya sentiasa gembira dan bangga melihat wanita-wanita, mom especially chosed a healthy lifestyle. Kita bersenam sebab kita sayang diri kita dan keluarga kita. Kita bersenam untuk  jaga diri kita so that kita boleh jaga kesayangan kita, kan.

Thanks Kak Yun and Kak Del for the invitation. Thanks Kak Alina for coming along. I enjoyed my Saturday morning sweat. Kalau boleh nak lagi. Hehe.

So for wanita-wanita di luar sana especially my Blog reader, i really encouraged you to take exercise as part of your lifestyle regardless your age and races. Listen to your body. There are various type of exercise that you can choose from. Exercise together with the whole family .. it can be one of the best way to spend quality time with your family.

Exercise with friends, it can be a good bonding time with them. You do it, you get it. So lets exercise for a quality life, ok. Bye readers. Enjoy your weekend.
