Jadi Perempuan Kena Kuat. Jom WalkAMile2016


Hello readers. Salam Jumaat yang barakah, penghulu segala hari.

Recently, a friend commented You are so strong. Considering your age you are so strong. Hummm .. as I always said, Jadi perempuan kena kuat. We are not living in our grandma's era whereby perempuan duk rumah jaga anak jaga laki semata. Kita hidup di zaman serba moden di mana keupayaan seorang wanita dan lelaki boleh dikatakan hampir sama. Infact in certain part, Hawa lebih gagah dari Adam. Hawa bijak berfikir, Hawa pandai cari rezeki dalam waktu yang sama boleh urus anak-anak dan urusan rumahtangga malah boleh jaga Adam sekali. Adam kalau duduk tempat Hawa camana, makin cepat putih rambut kot *hehe*.

Sebab utama nak jadi kuat adalah kerana sayang diri sendiri. Kalau kau sayang diri kau, dah tentu kau tak nak lemah atau melemahkan diri, kan. Takkan nak pergi mana-mana harapkan laki? Bila laki tak da maka akan lemah lah kita sebab tak boleh nak ke mana-mana, kan. No ladies. Wake up. Jangan jadi lemah kerana perkara kecil seperti itu.

My friend said to be a stronger and a better person you have to be willing to go out of your comfort zone. Perlu berani mengambil risiko dan bersedia berdepan dengan cabaran dan halangan. But first of all, mental kena kuat. You wont achieve it without a strong mind. Kita manusia biasa, kan. Penat, malas, tak da mood, give up .. those negatives feeling which will block our journey to success.

Watch what u eat. I started my healty diet #eatclean since a month ago selepas memanjakan tubuh dengan juadah lemak lagi enak sepanjang bulan Syawal. But wait .. who say lemak tak bagus untuk badan kita? Lemak sayuran is good. So pilih lah minyak bunga matahari, minyak kelapa atau minyak jagung bila memasak. Kurangkan lemak haiwan dalam pemakanan.

Fruit Salad with croutons and De-tox drink. 

Sesekali kalau makan di luar, Misz-ella suka makan di Nandos. As usual I love bean and vege.

Tanah Aina Cafe di Shah Alam

Berhati-hati bila makan di luar. Tomyam, Ayam Merah, Sup Ekor .. sound and taste good but too much MSG. Tanah Aina Cafe di Shah Alam serve quality food, without MSG and No GST. U all cubalah.

Love Yourself. The most precious gift you can give yourself is loving your ownself. Kalau sayang diri, Jaga. Jaga pemakanan .. kesihatan .. kawal stress dan tekanan. My friend has decided to #eatclean and stay healthy the whole life. She is no longer an alcoholic, she quit smoking and learn about managing her stress because she love herself. She want to be healthier and stronger. You go babe. I am always with you.
