Gym, Blogger's Event, Sick Girlfriend


A night at the Gym with Girlfriends .. burning calories by calories.
Half an hour of cardio.
Lepas tu the weight training session start.

Burning 1000 calories by doing this exercise. Beratnya benda ni .. coach said its only 50kg. Each circle of 12 movements you burn 200 calories and that night we did 5 circle so 1000 calories burned. Only 50kg kata Coach? Tapi tak pe .. itu cabaran so kita buat je. Dulu ada orang tanya Misz-ella .. Kenapa pakai stokin tak sama kaler? Ada masa saya pakai Kasut sebelah kaler lain sebelah lagi pun lain. Kasut u memang camtu ke? No. Misz-ella memang karakternya begini .. saja-saja pakai kasut kaler tak sama dan stokin yang bukan pasangannya. Saja nak buat kelainan. Saja-saja. Saja suka-suka. Hehehe.  My close friends who use to travel or jalan-jalan with me dah faham dah .. pagi macam ni, tengahari lain .. petang ke malam lain pulak. Saya memang begitulah .. terima lah saya seadanya. Haha.




Nampak tak perempuan dalam gambar tu? Thats my idola. Bila eh nak dapat body firm, fit and tough macam tu? Wahhhhh .. berangan!! Berangan sebab Misz-ella suka makan .. diet jarang-jarang or kadang-kadang. Dear darlings, kesayangan, dear or whatever name dedicated to you is .. Please dont give me food if you love me and dear Ella sila geleng kepala ke kiri dan kanan bila nampak makanan. Tehehehe.  Masa exercise haritu, terjumpa dengan Abg Bob. This more than 50 years old Abang is really good in exercise. Body dia .. makaiihhh tough-tough ketul-ketul sasa. I met him almost every night at the Gym but never got the chance to talk to each other cos as usual la .. bila kat Gym tu our mind focus on burning calories and making our body .. tak da masa nak tengok orang, kan. Abg Bob cakap u bagus eh .. rajin, ada disiplin, ada stamina, u boleh buat .. bagus u. Saya bersenam dah lama Bang tapi selama ni saya buat Aerodance/aerobics .. sekarang je saya tukar ke Weight training. I am a newbie .. mesin-mesin ni terlalu asing buat saya. Oooo u dance all this while? Hmmm patut la .. tengok badan pun tau u suka menari. Saya pun menari gak .. sesekali abang gi Celebrity Fitness join dance class kat sana. ooo ye? Well .. its good to meet people who share the same interest *happy*

Saturday morning at Publika. I walked with my pain thigh to attend an Invitation by Neutrax, a Felda Wellness own product. Peha sakit tak apa .. tu tanda exercise tu berkesan dan berjaya so senyum lah Ella walau sakit, kan. Haha *motivasi diri*

Meet Blogger friends at the Event. Its good that i accepted this invitation. Banyak pelajaran i dapat dari Event ni and now i am so excited to try Neutrax and experienced it myself. Let me try first then i will share it with you kat sini. 

From Publika to Taman Tun Dr. Ismail .. to meet my sick Girlfriend Tammy. Fetch her at home and bring her for lunch. We had a good talk .. hati ke hati. Rasanya nak sampai level a friend trust you, comfortable with you and can have a deep conversation with you heart to heart susah, kan. As usual, Misz-ella memang pendengar yang setia .. tapi jaga-jaga kalau cerita dengan i ... sebab my feedback will be jujur sejujurnya. Please accept with open heart.

Keluar pagi sampai rumah malam hari and i skip my Gym session hari Sabtu ni. Sorry Coach .. i was too busy with outdoor activity .. see you next day. Ok i got to go .. ada a few task nak buat, then nak gi Wedding, then nak gi Setting up a few things, then nak buat tu .. nak buat ni and hopefully tonight dapat ke Gym.  Selamat Hari Ahad kawan-kawan.
