Busy Workshop Week!!

Hello Readers. Hai Monday. Selamat Bercuti-cuti Cikgu-Cikgu. Suka la kan, cuti sekolah ni kurang sikit tanggungjawab dan beban, boleh la bersantaian.

It was such a busy weekend for me. Misz-ella join Fitness & Health Workshop organised by The Women's Weekly and a beauty workshop.


We learned about Food. What is the right daily diet? What is a balance nutrition? Cukup dengan hanya makan sekeping Salmon? What about vegetables? What about dairy? What about Carbohydrates for energy? Semuanya kena lengkap, cukup dan ada dalam hidangan harian kita. Nanti Misz-ella akan cerita lebih detail lagi ye.

Minggu lepas, Misz-ella kembali semula ke Gym lepas berehat hampir sebulan. Minggu lepas Misz-ella tengok Premier movie Cinderella dengan Miriam my Blogger friend. Minggu lepas Misz-ella sertai Fitness & Well-Being Workshop. Minggu lepas Misz-ella join 2 Workshop berkaitan Kecantikan. Minggu lepas i spend my quality times with so many people, we talked about health and beauty. That is my Lifestyle - Kekal Cantik Dan Sihat.

Minggu lepas Misz-ella makan macam-macam !!


Minggu di mana i keluar pagi dan balik malam. Minggu di mana i am so tired but happy. Minggu di mana I did a lot of things .. learned new things .. discover new things. Minggu di mana i am very happy sampai keluar airmata. Alhamdulillah. Se minggu sudah berlalu .. minggu baru menunggu kita. Entah bagaimana pulak lah cabarannya. Kadang-kadang rasa penat sangat tapi hepi. Yes I am old already. Misz-ella dah 42 .. memang patut la kalau rasa penat yang teramat .. but keep on think positive and moving. In Sha Allah Allah SWT akan permudahkan urusan. Amin.
