Vitamins For Me

Nak share dengan readers kat sini akan Vitamins/Food Supplement that i take to keep myself energized the whole day.



Vitamin C Pahang Pharma 1000mg ~ Yang ni a must since 3 years back tapi dah start reduce to 1 tablet every alternate day. Bangun pagi Vitamin C ni la Misz-ella cari dulu. Alhamdulillah .. dah lama tak demam dan selsema. 

Neutrax ~ Cultured Coconut Extract with Bio Lipopeptide by Felda Wellness. Bangga tengok Felda terus berkembang maju dan tak lama lagi rangkaian produk penjagaan kesihatan/makanan tambahan keluaran tempatan ini akan memenuhi rak-rak di setiap Farmasi.  Saya sokong produk tempatan yang berkualiti so jommm. 2 tablespoons of Neutrax a day. Alahaii susah pada awalnya nak telan minyak yang berperisa kelapa ni but now dah biasa. I will share how it contribute to my health in one month time. Tunggu tau.

Glucerna ~ My life as a Blogger introduced me to Glucerna. Itulah antara kemanisan dan keseronokan menjadi seorang Blogger yang Misz-ella rasa.  I was one of the Blogger engaged  for their Public Relations Online Campaign. I was given only a Sachet of Glucerna .. i tried and really fall in love with it. Then Glucerna become part of daily dietary intake. Only 200 calories per serving ... i take it as my breakfast everyday. Glucerna memberi kesan mengenyangkan untuk jangkamasa yang panjang. Sangat sesuai untuk orang yang suka makan macam i. Hehe. Amino Energy ~ Was introduced by my Coach as part of my daily exercise intake. Masa exercise minum air ni .. berperisa anggur dan sedap rasa dia. 

Tu je Vitamins/Makanan Tambahan yang Misz-ella ambik tiap-tiap hari. I stopped Ephyra Collagen drink sebab nak try Collagen drink lain. Sekarang sedang mencari produk baru. Any recommendation?

AlhamduLILLAH.. semoga dikurniakan kesihatan yang baik.. :) tubuh badan kita ni memang perlukan sokongan supplemen.. saya kalo terkurang dise mesti kena selsema.. huhu..
