Hello readers.

Its been a while i didn't write.  Been busy with 'hal-hal duniawi' lately.  Rindu la nak sembang dengan korang .. so mari curi masa setengah jam untuk bersembang di sini sebelum Misz-ella zassss lelaju ke Hospital. 

Lemon and Honey untuk orang yang ala-ala nak kena selsema macam Misz-ella. With Vitamin C intake, my flu was in control dan tak melarat. Lega. Whataspp 016-6223138 kalau nak kulit cantik dan perlindungan dari batuk, demam dan selsema.

Hello .. Selamat Harijadi buat awak yang lahir hari ini - 04112014. By the way, this cake is for October babies in our family. Happy Birthday Alop, Adik & Ky. Be happy always and stay connected, ok. Lets remain rapat macam guna gam gajah. I love my family lah. Muahhh *flying kiss*

Opssss .. i had a Fun session at FF The Curve.  It was a fun and challenging 30 minutes session with our Master Trainer and 5 other Bloggers. Fun! Fun! And Fun!! I love it so much. Nanti Misz-ella cite 'detail' ye.

And heyyy .. i love my new turqoise Puma sport shoe. Its so comfortable and friendly. Best korang melompat guna kasut ni.  Suke lah!!

Petang di Fitness First night continue di Lantai Tari. I loveeee exercise. Exercise make me feel good and happy. 30 minutes Hi-Lo and 30 minutes Body toning .. cukup untuk buat i feel so good and fresh. Exercise is always fun and yes !! I did double today. Suka la i mencabar badan dan diri sesekali macam ni.


Kelas Rabu malam lepas. Yeeee .. angkat kaki .. 8 counting .. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 8 More .. haha ambik kau dari 8 jadi 16. Tapi best oooo exercise. Penat tapi puas.
