Another Chapter of my exercise diary - Kali ni makcik angkat besi.
Looking at my timetable, I knew i wont be able to join the Night dance class so I have to find alternative. I decided to hit the Gym. Yeahhh .. jom kita angkat besi .. lama tak buat kerja ni *fuhhh .. semangat*
Berjanji dengan Kak Yun tapi berjodoh juga saya dengan Aishah my favourite hairdresser. Started with burning 150 calories at the Threadmill, I went to other machines too .. focusing more on my thigh and hand muscle .. my bicep and tricep. Hurmmm .. lambat lagi otot-otot ni nak kuat dan mantap. I got to work hard and harder. Yes I will .. cos I love my body. I will take care of you more and more, In Sha Allah.
Tarik nafas angkat .. hembus nafas .. lepas .. gitu lah caranya. Hurmmm .. boleh tahan semput Misz-ella di buat 'bar' ni.

Sit Up ~ Thanks Kak Yun for being my exercise partner. I love exercise .. puas gila bila dapat bakar lemak jahat dalam badan. Everyday i pray God Please keep my mind positive and give me a good health .. so that I can keep on doing what I like to do, so that I can contribute to my family and those needs me and so that I take care of what You have given me. Yes. Saya berdoa setiap hari agar diberi kesihatan yang baik agar saya dapat berbakti kepada orang-orang yang saya sayang, dapat menikmati segala Anugerah yang Dia berikan kepada saya termasuklah menjaga tubuh badan yang sihat ini dengan bersenam. Doa yang baik dan niat yang baik In Sha Allah Dia akan perkenan, kan. Till then, bersenamlah untuk kesihatan kita dan kesayangan. Ok I got to do other things. Bye readers. Thank You for reading.
