Another Chapter of my exercise diary - Siang angkat besi. Malam menari.

10km of cycling. 50 leg press, 50 squads .. ohhh tak cukup tenaga. Yahh .. i kurang bersenam lately. Stamina is going down. I should be more consistent. Keep on track Ella. Be a strong woman.

Malam menari di Lantai Tari. Dance dance dance. It was Hi-Latino you alls .. mari-mari kita de-stress dengan bersenam. 

22 Turned Up at the Hi-Latino class at Magyc Fitness Studio on Monday night. Class under Coach Jay .. I love Latino dance. Banyak main pinggang. Yeayy lets together we burn those fat. Go away bad fat. We dont need you. Dance. Dance. Dance. Burn. Burn. Burn. No mercy to you, fat.

I love to see woman put effort on two things -,kesihatan dan kecantikan. Off course you have to be healthy first. Bila sihat, baru boleh buat macam-macam, kan. Baru boleh jadi mak, jadi isteri, jadi pekerja yang baik. Bila sihat baru boleh nampak cantik.

So guys, cari sihat dulu. Malam ni jom, warga Saujana Utama 1&2,  Seri Pristana, Desa Coalfield, Seri Alam dan Sg. Buloh Country Resort, follow me to Lantai Tari. Tonight is Mix Cardio and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT/Tabata). Jommm kita perang lemak sama-sama. Jom.
