Zumba + Yoga on International Women's Day

Hello lovely readers .. *especially woman*

Happy International Women's Day. Selamat Hari Wanita buat wanita-wanita yang membaca Entry ini. Moga kita kekal kuat menghadapi cabaran kehidupan. In sha Allah. Amin.

I celebrated my women's day at the Dance floor ~ an hour of Zumba + Yoga with my exercise buddies. Saya sangat gembira melihat wanita-wanita yang mengambil berat akan kesihatan dan tubuh badan. Saya sangat hargai usaha mereka yang sanggup luangkan masa berkejar ke lantai tari dengan 1 Misi ~ mahu lebih sihat dan kuat demi keluarga dan diri saya sendiri. Yeahh .. i love you all, strong women.

 An hour of Zumba + Cardio Yoga with Zin Sue. To be honest i am always nervous with her class .. because she is hyper, fast and fast. But last night class was super fun!


Group pic after the session. Feel fresh, happy and so healthy. We are a strong, woman. We loves ourselves and we choose healthy lifestyle. Yeayy !
