Tadi aku buat benda ni:-


1st session - aerobic. Good. Favorite aku tu. Cantek sgt la konon aku lompats tu. Hehe ..
2nd session - Joget. Ha .. Padan muka. Kalo korang tgk sure gelak gila-gila. Badan keras cam kayu camna mau kasi lembut? Mak kata peram dgn nenas. Ish .. takmo aku.

Coach tak bagi can, strict abes. Nama pon org PDRM. Suara kuat, disiplin .. hmmm .. u know .. i know la. Dia ni dulu siap buat weight training lagi tau. Bayangkan la .. ketul-ketul .. tegap-tegap .. besar-besar. STOP!! Jgn bayang lebih-lebih.

Result - Feel fresh, hepi and xtra bonus for me - Sakit panggang!! Eh .. pinggang. Hehe ..
