Beautiful Sunday

Beautiful and peaceful Sunday. Woke up not so early in the morning ... Cooked some good food for 'kesayangan' and by 12:30 left the house. Where to?? Yeay .. balik kampung!! Alalala .. Kampung kat Sg. Buloh je pun nak kecoh!! Hihihi.

Before 4, left Mum's and heading direct to the Gym. Today agenda ~ Circuit Training. Gila mencabar fizikal dan minda. Betul-betul enjoy and stress relief. V-Shape step on 3 tiers of Step Board x 10 x 5 sets .. Criss Cross Jump x 10 x 5 sets .. V-Shape step on 1 tier of Step Board x 10 x 5 sets ..  and many many more.  Rasa nak sambung lagi jer .. tapi tak baik la camtu, kan. Kena la bagi peluang kat otot-otot badan berehat.

By the way, last nite spend quality times with beautiful ladies. Sungguh comel ,, sungguh menawan ,, sungguh cantek .. mcm 'ai' jugak. Ehhhhh .. tetiba ... *perasan* Hihi.
