Terapi jiwa

Bila jiwa sedang merana, hati gundah gelana .. what did you do? Did you choose entertaintment like clubbing  for stress release like some of the people did?

For me, I love to talk to someone that i trust and understand me very well. Walau masalah tak selesai, at least bahu ringan. Ada 'shoulder to cry on' lah konon-kononnya. Hihi ..

On top of that, i like to cry. Tak tau nape. I guess tears is woman's best weapon. If i hurt someone i love, i regret then i cry. When i'm angry and i scold my son, i scold with love then i cry too. Bila terlalu tertekan dgn hal-hal kehidupan pun i cry especially masa doa lepas solat .. berjujuran airmata keluar. Ingat lagi masa Aiman kecik2 dulu, dia datang kat aku sambil tgk muka aku, pastu dia tanya ... Napa mama nangis? Mama jgn la nangis .. pastu dia kesat airmata aku. Hihi .. Masa nangis tu kan, aku ngadu kat Tuhan. Mohon diberi kekuatan utk menempuhi setiap dugaan. 

Marah dan nangis tu pakej kot utk org mcm aku? Kelakar tak korang? Korang rasa kelakar tak karakter aku tu?  Lepas nangis kan, rasa release. Mcm dah lepas semua yg terbuku di hati. Hihi ..


Lagi 1, dari dulu lagi i like to read her blog. N3-n3 di blog dia best utk terapi jiwa. I followed her long time ago and i met her once masa kat Cova Square dulu. Very nice, humble, soft spoken and beautiful lady. She is Dr. Siti Sara Ibrim Ibrahim. Tima kasih dik sebab sudi jadi kawan.

i trust ur words.
personally, clubbing thing just dun suit me.

it hurts to see some friends release tense that way.

touched me to hear when Aiman ask "nape mama nangis"
muahahaha~
i once ask that to my mom, n she cried, even worst.

pointing to that i was thinking, did my question hurt her more?

but i believe, it's the way she tears away the problem.

menangis tu satu terapi.
betul.
kadang2 kita perly nangis, cam mia, salu nangis muahahaha :D

hurm..kalo mak plak, mak sangaaaaaat jarang menangis..

Kalo dah marah sgt2..meluap2 hingga nak meletop tu, barula menitik setitik dua airmata. Itupun kalo mak mula bercerita apa yg buat mak hanggin sgt tu.

kalau amy suka menangkan jiwa pergi di tempat2 yang tenang..nak cerita kat kawan , amy bukan jenis macam tue..

saya tak mudah mengalir air mata..sebab malu kalo org nampak, tp kalo stress or sedey saya suka jogging and lari semahunya, kekadang lebih dr kemampuan sendiri..

menangis la selagi boleh kak. tu je caranye kite nak tenangkan jiwa. kadang2 kite xtaw nk mengadu kat sape. diri sendiri je yg ade. jd menangis da cukup utk ringankan beban sendiri ^_^
